Legal Department in PRDA/PMC is concerned with the litigation for and against the Corporation arising in the administration of the PMC Act, and other Acts. It also deals with the preparation of all types of Agreements, lease, Conveyance, Memorandum of understanding in respect of Municipal properties and matters and investigation of title of the properties to be taken over by the Corporation as per PMC Act. It also deals with the vigilance case which consists of case initiated by officials/ suo moto and case initiated on the application given by any person.
