Estate department scrutinize the Proposal in respect of lease of municipal plots, renewal of lease, transfer matters of lease plots, levy and recovery of lease rent and extra ground rent, execution of lease, license and deeds.
The activities also includes :

. Allotment of tenants to project affected persons.
. Recoveries of PMC properties, staff quarters etc.
. Registration of tenancy agreements.
. Attornment of tenements.
. Repairs and Maintenance of Estate properties.
. To seek Committee/Corporation's approval/sanction to the leasehold plots to be redeveloped/allotted., renewals etc.
. Issue of NOC for advertisements and hoardings etc.
